To process returns or exchanges, you must do so through the following form, where you must indicate the reference order, as well as the reasons for the return or exchange.
The cost is free and the responsibility for the delivery of the items will be assumed by the sender.
Follow these steps:
- Place the return or exchange guide on the outside of the box, and deliver the package to your nearest DHL branch.
- Items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, with uncut tags, and in their original packaging to guarantee the payment of the refund.
- The shipment must be solely and exclusively with DHL. Know the status of your return or change through the tracking number from this courier’s website.
